Working at Fairer Fields
Fairer Fields runs coordinated research programs to accelerate agricultural technology. To accomplish this, we set ambitious internal goals for projects, and give staff a high-degree of autonomy to work toward them.
We value a focus on singular goals, maintaining a low-bureaucracy culture, and above all, having the greatest impact possible through our work. People who thrive in being self-directed, and acting with a high degree of agency might do especially well at our organization.
We typically hire staff with three separate skillsets: researchers, especially entomologists and ecologists interested in studying agricultural technologies, programs staff who deliver these technologies in the field, and operations staff to run the infrastructure that supports our work.
